lending. In addition, each member of our processing, underwriting,
closing and administrative departments has an average of more than 15
years of real estate lending and related experience. Combine this

President
Location: Georgia Regional Office

Location: Florida Regional Office
Originally from the D.C. area and graduate of Campbell University. Responsible for Florida sales production and marketing. Also responsible for administration and operations.
Chriss Spires
JHA/PHM Board Chairman
Chriss is a native Floridian and a graduate of Baker University. Chriss began his mortgage banking career in 1985, working for several regional and national mortgage firms. He served on the MBA of Florida Board of Directors and was President of the MBA of Jacksonville. He holds a Series 6 & 63 Securities License as well as a 215 Insurance License. Chriss is an instructor for Florida Community College where he teaches the Florida mortgage brokers licensing course.
